He is a strong believer of Courage, Humility and Integrity which he uses to develop “Leadership Chi” – a values-based leadership approach that he practises and promotes.  

Lam strongly advocates and champions business acumen as a crucial competency for every employee to understand business and finance – for aligning what they do to achieve organisational outcomes.

YP has over 20 years’ experience at C-level management positions working with diversified groups based in Malaysia & Singapore and held directorships in UK and Australia companies. His last position was Group CEO of a SGX-listed company involved in agriculture and property development.
