An Accountant cum Business Auditor, she learned the secrets of business success and found out why businesses failed while employed in large companies with international overseas operations.

For want of flexibility and adventure, she went into consulting and training business with like-minded partners. She and her teams have a mission to help businesses become more valuable and sustainable with an exit strategy in mind.

She delights in sourcing and developing talents and forming collaboration partnerships who collectively are capable of contributing to project success and outcomes.

Her main pre-occupation is in developing Agile Innovation’s business with her business partner Azam. Agile has since expanded into Malaysia under the company Agile Innovation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (AIM). The company has also secured strong resources in Indonesia to provide management, financial consulting and people development services from Year 2022.
